Annie Murphy

Annie Murphy, aka Anne Frances Murphy was born on 19th December, 1986. Her home country is Canada. She has done several movies in Hollywood. Her most well-known work is playing the character Alexis Rose in the CBC comedy series Schitt's Valley that began in 2015 and concluded in 2020. Her performance received high praise from the critics, and she was also awarded an award called the Primetime Emmy Award. Her parents were teachers. She is the child of two school teachers. She joined Elmwood School in Ottawa where she performed in stage productions. She then went to Concordia University where she earned an education in theatre. In the following years, she was a part of lessons in the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory where acting was taught. In Los Angeles she devoted herself to acting.
