Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She has collaborated with executives from various industries to help improve the business results, especially in times of rapid growth. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through managing performance and organization as well as employee engagement and managing change. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive advantage. Through her extensive work experience working in Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses to develop and coach leaders, with successful results, she helped foster organizational cultures that embody learning innovation and change. Annmarie dedicates time and talent for Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non profit organizations. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is committed to helping women become leaders.
