She oversees all our practices for Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and Cultural Development. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked alongside leaders from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly in times of high growth. She has served as a consultant to transform business and human resources strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and change management. Awed by leadership, she sees team building and learning as being the key to an advantage in the marketplace. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed in creating cultures of innovation and learning that benefit teams and individuals. Annmarie dedicates time and talent in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of other non-profit organizations. They include participating as an active part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association that is based in North America with the specific goal of providing training, as well as advocacy for hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national dedicated to reversing the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to help those affected by the illness of addiction.
