Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve business goals, especially in the midst of dramatic changes and expansion. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping translate business and people strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans by utilizing the management of performance and organizational processes, employee engagement, and change management. She has a passion for learning and sees management and team building as her most valuable asset. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to develop and coach managers, and achieving outcomes, she has helped to create corporate cultures that promote learning innovation and change. While Annmarie is inspired to devote her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support to a number of non-profit groups in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women become leaders. Additionally, she provides education to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
