Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices related to People, Talent and Culture at Learning Ally. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during times of rapid development and change. She has been a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through employee engagement and change management. She is of the opinion that learning is the most important aspect of leading. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and mentored individuals who have achieved effectiveness and outcomes. Her experience has helped create cultures within organizations which encourage learning and positive changes for both individuals as well as teams. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. When she is not working she offers support to a number of nonprofit organizations. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing the time and energy she has to supporting Learning Ally's mission. Furthermore, she provides support to various non-profit organizations during her free time. Addiction is a disease that affects everyone.
