Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in periods of fast development and change. She is a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about learning, and believes that leadership and team-building as the greatest advantage. Her broad experience with small and mid-size companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated results and successful outcomes helped cultivate corporate cultures that embrace learning innovation and change to positively impact individuals teams and organizations. Annmarie is committed to helping Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time in providing assistance to other non-profit organizations. For instance, she is a member within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women become leaders.
