She is responsible for all of our processes for Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as Cultural Development. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic changes and expansion. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategies and plans into strategies for business and employees' engagement. She loves learning and sees the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her to create cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to invest her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to help women develop as leaders. Annmarie also offers training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
