Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. Within a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her university education. In 2015 she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. She had already won four other fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, and bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lighter weight and another heavier weight day.
