The 21st of March, 2012 Doctor Who producer Steven Moffat confirmed at a press conference that Coleman was set to play the Doctor's companion alongside Matt Smith after Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill have left the show. Moffat chose her due to her ability to work with Smith, and that she was faster at speaking than Smith. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model.
